I commenced a Certificate 4 in Business Administration with Squad in 2018. From the very first moment I walked into Squad I felt so supported and cared for. I loved the fact that I had no idea what traineeship I wanted to undertake, however Squad helped me find the path that suited what I wanted out of a career and started me on a path that will enable me to continue to grow for a successful career ahead of me. The process of employment with Squad was stress free and easy, if I had any questions however, they were always happy to help. 

The regular visits from my Mentor really helped me stay on track with my training and pushed myself to show what I could do. I am a Finalist in the NSW Training Awards for Riverina, if it wasn't for Squad and the ongoing support and encouragement I believe I wouldn't be able to get to this point of achievement today. 

Being a Trainee through Squad has been the best experience and it has given me such confidence within my career progression.
