A multifaceted role working and supporting our clients customer's and sale's team. You will provide exceptional customer service to their current customers and engage with potential new clients to drive sales growth and create brand awareness. The role will support the success of the branch and assist in the company meeting its growth targets.

Key responsibilities are listed below but not limited to
Administration duties
Manage sales documentation, maintaining accurate records, attending to related administration tasks to support the sales team and managers.
Sales Development
Engaging with new clients, understanding their needs, presenting solutions from our range of products to drive sales growth
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, being the first point of contact to address enquiries, provide product information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Order Processing
Accurately and promptly processing orders, maintaining records and ensuring timely and correct fulfilment of orders including assisting with picking and packing.
Coordination
Assist the team with client projects, coordinating teams to ensure timely delivery and providing solutions, as well as managing client expectations throughout the sales process.
Technical Sales Support
Providing clients with technical assistance on our products, ensuring they are understand our products and solutions.
Skills and experience
To succeed in the role you will have
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
- Thrive in a busy fast paced environment and be able to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively
- Have excellent communication skills
- Building industry sales experience preferred but not essential
- A ‘can do’ attitude, coupled with the drive and determination to succeed
